2/3 cup softened butter 1 cup chocolate chips
1 pkg German chocolate cake mix 1 tub coconut pecan frosting
1/4 cup milk


Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 9 x 13-inch pan. Cut butter into cake mix until crumbly. Press half of mixture in bottom of pan. Bake 10 minutes. Spread frosting over baked layer; sprinkle chocolate chips over frosting. Stir milk into remaining cake mixture. Drop by teaspoonsful onto frosting layer. Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until cake portion is slightly dry to touch. Cool completely. Cover and refrigerate until firm. Cut into 8 rows by 6 rows. Store covered in refrigerator. I use Betty Crocker Super Moist cake mix and Betty Crocker Rich & Creamy coconut pecan frosting.
