2 cups berries 1/2 cup sugar
1 cup whipping cream 1/2 tsp vanilla


Could use raspberries or blackberries. Line 8 muffin cups with foil or paper. Put fruit in bowl and crush slightly. In bowl combine cream, sugar, and vanilla. Beat until soft peaks form. Fold in berries. Spoon in muffin cups. Freeze until firm. To serve, remove paper.
