1/2 cup butter 1/4 tsp salt
1 cup boiling water 4 eggs
1 cup flour 1 tsp sugar


Melt butter in boiling water. Add flour, salt, and sugar, stirring constantly until mixture forms a ball that doesn't separate. Remove from heat. Cool slightly. Add eggs one at a time. Beat after each one until smooth. Spoon 8 mounds of dough onto large rimmed baking sheet sprayed with Pam. Bake for 30 minutes at 400 degrees, then for 10 minutes at 350 degrees. Slightly cool in oven; remove and split open while still hot. Put back into turned off oven for about 20 minutes to dry out. Open and pull out membranes in centers. Cool and fill with cream with fruit, puddings, or chicken salad.
