1 cube butter | |
1/2 cup chopped nuts |
Blend and pat into 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Cool.
8-oz. pkg cream cheese, softened | |
1 cup whipping cream, whipped | |
6 packets Equal |
Mix cream cheese, whipped cream, and Equal; spread on crust. Prepare 6-oz. pkg instant sugar-free chocolate pudding made with 2 3/4 cups milk; spread on cream cheese layer. Spread 1 cup whipping cream, whipped (add 3 packets Equal --or to taste) on top; top with chocolate bar shavings (can buy sugar-free chocolate).
