16 oz. cream cheese 3 eggs
2 cups chocolate chips 1 tsp vanilla
3/4 cup sugar


Crust: 12 Oreo cookies crumbled, 3 Tblsp melted butter, 3 Tblsp sugar. Combine cookie crumbs and sugar; stir in butter; press onto bottom of 9-inch spring-form pan; set aside. Melt chocolate chips in microwave; stir. In another bowl beat cream cheese and sugar; add eggs; beat just until combined; stir in vanilla and chips. Pour over crust. Bake at 300 degrees for 75 minutes. Cool for 10 minutes. Pour glaze of 1/2 cup chocolate chips and 2 Tblsp butter, both melted, on cake. Run knife around edge of cake; cool 1 more hour. Remove from pan. To cut, place long knife under hot water; wipe dry and cut. Do this for each piece.
