Butterscotch Drop Cookies

2 cubes butter | 5 cups flour |
3 cups brown sugar | 2 tsp soda |
4 eggs | 2 tsp baking powder |
2 tsp vanilla | 1 tsp salt |
2 cups sour cream | 1 1/2 cups chopped nuts |
Cream together butter and brown sugar. Add eggs and vanilla; mix well. Add sour cream, flour, soda, baking powder, and salt; mix. May add nuts. Drop onto lightly greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 10-11 minutes. Let cool and frost. FROSTING: 1 cube soft butter, 2 tsp vanilla, 6 c powdered sugar, 10 Tblsp cream. Add more cream if too stiff, more sugar if too thin.
