2 cups sugar 2 tsp cloves
1 1/2 cups oil 1 1/2 tsp salt
4 eggs 1 quart apricots
4 cups flour 4 tsp soda
2 tsp cinnamon 1-2 cups raisins


Fruit is undrained. May also use rhubarb. Dissolve soda in water. Mix all in large bowl. Bake in 2 9 x 13-inch pans or 1 roasting pan. A very moist cake.
