Zucchini and Chocolate Bread

1 cup brown sugar | 1 1/4 cup flour |
2 eggs | 1/2 cup cocoa |
1 cube butter | 1 1/2 tsp soda |
1 1/2 cups grated zucchini | 1/2 tsp salt |
1 tsp vanilla | 1 cup chopped nuts |
Preheat oven to 325 degrees; grease loaf pan. Place sugar, eggs, and butter in bowl and beat until thickened--2 minutes. Add zucchini and vanilla and mix well. Combine dry ingredients and add to batter, about 1/2 cup at a time, mixing to combine. Pour into pan and bake about 70 minutes or until done.
