1 cup cooked wheat 16-oz. pkg Cool Whip
Small pkg inst vanilla pudd 8-oz. pkg cream cheese
3 Tblsp lemon juice Small can crushed pineapple


Soak 1/2 cup whole wheat in water overnight. Cook until tender; drain, rinse, and cool. Whip softened cream cheese and lemon juice; add undrained pineapple and pudding mix. Fold in whipped topping. Fold in wheat. Serve.
