1/4 c+ 2 Tblsp caramel topping 1 c canned pumpkin
1 graham cracker crust 1 tsp cinnamon
1/2+ 2 Tblsp pecan pieces 1/2 tsp nutmeg
1 c cold milk 8-oz. pkg Cool Whip
2 pkg Jello vanilla pudding


Use instant pudding. Pour 1/4 c caramel topping into crust; sprinkle with 1/2 c nuts. Beat milk, pudding mixes, pumpkin, and spices with whisk 2 minutes. Stir in 1 1/2 c Cool Whip. Spread mixture into crust. Refrigerate 1 hour. Top with remaining Cool Whip, caramel topping (zigzag), and nuts just before serving.
