1/4 c+ 2 Tblsp caramel topping | 1 c canned pumpkin |
1 graham cracker crust | 1 tsp cinnamon |
1/2+ 2 Tblsp pecan pieces | 1/2 tsp nutmeg |
1 c cold milk | 8-oz. pkg Cool Whip |
2 pkg Jello vanilla pudding |
Use instant pudding. Pour 1/4 c caramel topping into crust; sprinkle with 1/2 c nuts. Beat milk, pudding mixes, pumpkin, and spices with whisk 2 minutes. Stir in 1 1/2 c Cool Whip. Spread mixture into crust. Refrigerate 1 hour. Top with remaining Cool Whip, caramel topping (zigzag), and nuts just before serving.
