(1) 1 3/4 c butter (1) 2 c powd sugar
(1) 1 3/4 c sugar (1+1 Tblsp) 2 1/4 c flour
(3) 6 eggs (1/2+2 Tblsp) 3/4 c cocoa
(1) 2 c chopped nuts


Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour 12-cup Bundt pan (Ingredients in parentheses are for 6-cup Bundt pan). Beat butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each. Gradually add powdered sugar; blend well. Stir in remaining cake ingredients until well blended. Spoon batter into prepared pan. Bake at 350 degrees for about 60 minutes. Cake will have a soft middle. Cool upright in pan for 1 hour; invert onto serving plate. For glaze combine 3/4 cup powdered sugar, 1/4 cup cocoa, and 1 1/2 to 2 Tblsp milk.
