Crust: | ||
1 pkg yellow cake mix | ||
1/2 cup butter, melted | ||
1 egg | ||
Filling: | ||
1 lg can pumpkin | 1/2 c brown sugar | |
2 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice | 2 eggs | |
2/3 cup milk | ||
Topping: | ||
1 cup reserved cake mix | 1 tsp cinnamon | |
1/4 cup sugar | 1/4 cup butter |
Mix cake mix (reserving 1 cup), 1/2 cup melted butter, and 1 egg. Pack firmly in well greased 9 x 12-inch pan. Pour well-mixed filling ingredients over packed layer in pan. Mix dry topping ingredients and cut in butter. Sprinkle over filling evenly. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes. Top with whipped cream.
