2 1/4 cups flour 1 cup canned pumpkin
1 tsp pumpkin pie spice 2 eggs
1/2 tsp baking soda 1 Tblsp vanilla
2 cubes butter, softened 8 oz chopped white chocolate
1 1/2 cups brown sugar 1 cup pecans or walnuts


Toast and chop nuts. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cream butter and sugar. Stir in eggs, pumpkin, and vanilla. Add dry ingredients and stir until mixed. Stir in white chocolate and nuts. Drop by spoonsful on cookie sheets and bake for 12-15 minutes.
