1 cup yellow cake mix | |
1/2 cup butter, melted | |
1 egg |
Mix cake mix (reserving 1 cup for topping), butter, and egg. Firmly pack in well greased 9 x 12-inch pan.
Filling: | |
Large can pumpkin | 1/2 c brown sugar |
2 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice | 2 eggs |
2/3 c milk |
Pour well-mixed filling over packed layer in pan. Mix topping ingredients (1 cup reserved cake mix, 1/4 cup sugar, 1 tsp cinnamon) and cut in 1/4 cup butter. Sprinkle evenly over filling. Bake at 350 degrees for about 45 minutes. Top with whipped cream.
