3/4 cup butter | 1/2 tsp salt |
1 1/2 cup sugar | 1/2 tsp soda |
16-oz. can pumpkin | 2 tsp baking powder |
4 eggs | 1 tsp cinnamon |
2 cups flour | 1 tsp nutmeg |
For sugar, use 1 cup brown sugar and 1/2 cup white sugar. Double the batch if you use a large can of pumpkin. Mix all together and pour into mini loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. For frosting: mix 2 Tblsp butter, 8-oz. pkg cream cheese, 1/4 can evaporated milk, and powdered sugar.
