Poppy Seed Cake

1 pkg lemon cake mix | 3/4 cup oil |
1 pkg lemon instant pudding | 1 cup water |
4 eggs | 1 Tblsp+ poppy seeds |
Combine all ingredients in large mixing bowl. Beat for 4 minutes. Pour into well-greased and floured Bundt pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until done. Cool; remove from pan. Sprinkle with powdered sugar or make glaze with 1/3 cup powdered sugar, 2 Tblsp lemon juice, 1/2 tsp vanilla, and 1/8 tsp almond extract. Brush the glaze on cooled cake-- several times.
