1 20-oz. roll refrigerated peanut butter cookie dough
48 miniature peanut butter cup candy bars


Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Slice dough into 3/4-inch slices. Cut each slice into quarters. Place each quarter in an ungreased cup of mini-muffin pan. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes. Remove from oven and immediately press a peanut butter cup gently and evenly into each cookie. Cool before removing from pan. Refrigerate until chocolate is firm. Makes 48 cookies.
