2 cups sugar 1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 c shortening 1-1 1/4 cups flour
3 eggs 1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup cocoa Chocolate chips
2 tsp vanilla


Cream sugar with butter-flavored shortening. Add eggs, cocoa, vanilla, sour cream, flour, salt, and chocolate chips (optional). Bake at 325 degrees for 40-45 minutes. Cool, then top with peanut butter and referigerate overnight. Frost with frosting (ingredients shown below).


Frosting:
2 cups powdered sugar 1/4 cup melted butter
1/4 cup cocoa 1 tsp vanilla
3-4 Tblsp hot water


Beat above ingredients until smooth.
