Peaches and Cream Pie

1 unbaked 9-inch pie crust | 1/4 tsp salt |
3/4 cup sugar | 1/4 tsp nutmeg |
1/4 cup flour | 4 cups peaches |
1 cup heavy cream |
Peaches could be fresh or frozen. Combine sugar, flour, salt, and nutmeg; add to sliced peaches and toss lightly. Arrange in pie shell; pour heavy cream over peaches. Bake at 400 degrees for 45 minutes or until set. Can be served with whipped cream or ice cream.
