1 cup sugar
1 cup honey
1/2 tsp salt

In heavy pan cook to firm ball stage. Add butter the size of an egg and 1/4 tsp soda. Mix until butter melts. Put on platter to cool. Stretch until creamy in color. Cut in chunks.
