1 Tblsp dry yeast | 1/2 cup oatmeal |
1 1/2 cup hot water | 1/2 cup cracked wheat |
2 eggs | 1 1/2 cups ww flour |
1/2 cube butter, melted | 3 cups flour |
1/3 c +1 Tblsp sugar | 3 Tblsp dough enhancer |
1tsp salt |
Proof yeast in 1/3 cup warm water with 1 Tblsp sugar. Place 1 c warm water and other ingredients in Bosch mixer. Mix for about 1 minute; add yeast mixture. Mix for 5 minutes. Take out and let rise for about 1 hour. Punch down and shape into about 15 large rolls. Put in large cookie sheet and let rise for 30 minutes. Bake at 350 degrees for about 35 minutes. Makes 2 loaves--bake about 45 minutes
