10 cups whole wheat flour | 1/2 cup oil |
1 quart hot water | 1/2 cup vital wheat gluten |
1/2 cup honey | 3 Tblsp yeast |
1 Tblsp salt |
Put hot (not too hot, just very warm) water, honey, and oil in mixer. In separate bowl add wheat gluten, yeast, and salt to the 10 cups of flour. Stir. Now add flour mixture to liquid ingredients in mixer. Mix on low just until flour is moistened. Add yeast and mix for 10 minutes. Take dough out of mixer and place on floured counter. Divide dough into 4 loaves. Put in sprayed bread pans, cover with wax paper, and let rise for 30 minutes. Bake at 350 degrees for 28-30 minutes or until golden brown. This is the easiest bread recipe you'll ever make.
