1 cup flour 1/2 tsp salt
1 cup cornmeal 1 egg, beaten
1/2 c sugar 1 cup sour cream
1/2 tsp baking powder 1/3 cup milk
1/2 tsp soda 1/4 cup melted butter

In large bowl, combine flour, cornmeal, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. In another bowl, combine egg, sour cream, milk, and butter; stir into dry ingredients just until moistened. Pour into greased 8-inch square baking dish. Bake at 400 degrees for 20-25 minutes or until toothpick inserted near center comes out clean.
