2 Tblsp yeast
3/4 cup warm water
1 tsp sugar

Put above ingredients in bowl and let proof for about 5 minutes.


1 3/4 cups hot water 1/4 cup gluten flour
1 can evaporated milk 1/2 cup potato flakes
1 1/2 Tblsp salt 2 eggs
1/4 cup molasses 1/2 cup oil
6 cups ww flour

While yeast is proofing, mix all other ingredients in Bosch until blended. Add yeast mixture, then 1 more cup ww flour and 1 cup white flour. Mix about 8 minutes. Form into loaves and place in greased pans. Let rise in warm place for about 1 hour. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Makes 4 loaves.
