2 Tblsp yeast | |
3/4 cup warm water | |
1 tsp sugar |
Put above ingredients in bowl and let proof for about 5 minutes.
1 3/4 cups hot water | 1/4 cup gluten flour |
1 can evaporated milk | 1/2 cup potato flakes |
1 1/2 Tblsp salt | 2 eggs |
1/4 cup molasses | 1/2 cup oil |
6 cups ww flour |
While yeast is proofing, mix all other ingredients in Bosch until blended. Add yeast mixture, then 1 more cup ww flour and 1 cup white flour. Mix about 8 minutes. Form into loaves and place in greased pans. Let rise in warm place for about 1 hour. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Makes 4 loaves.
