1 1/2 tsp yeast | 1 egg |
1 cup warm water | 1/4 cup oil |
3 Tblsp sugar | 4 cups flour |
1 tsp salt | Cornmeal |
Place ingredients in bread machine on dough setting. Divide dough into 12 portions (about 2.5 oz. each). Roll each into 10-inch long strip. Place 1 inch apart on greased baking sheets sprinkled with cornmeal (6 sticks to each sheet). Let rise 30 minutes. Bake at 375 degrees for 15 minutes or until brown. Brush with butter; sprinkle with garlic salt.
