1 loaf frozen bread dough
1 pound sausage
1 onion, chopped
2 eggs
2 cups grated cheese
1 tsp garlic powder

Let bread thaw in refrigerator overnight. Fry sausage; add onion (also 1 cup mushrooms if desired); drain fat and let cool. Beat eggs and add them to sausage mixture along with grated cheese and garlic powder. Press dough out flat and cover with sausage mixture. It can either be cooked flat on a cookie sheet for 20-25 minutes cutting in squares to serve or rolled and baked as loaf. It could also be cut like cinnamon rolls and served with white gravy.
