6 cups hot water | 2 cups cream |
1 cup sugar | 6 beaten eggs |
1 1/2 cubes softened butter | 2 tsp vanilla |
2 Tblsp salt | 1/4 cup instant yeast |
Add enough flour to make very sticky dough (10-12 cups). Put first 7 ingredients into Bosch, then 3 cups flour with yeast sprinkled on top. Turn on Bosch; keep adding flour until it pulls away from sides. A sticky dough makes the best rolls. Let the machine knead for 4 or 5 minutes. Turn into greased bowl and let rise until double. Make rolls and put into greased pans and let rise until double. Bake at 375 degrees for 13-15 minutes. This dough works great for cinnamon rolls.
