4 eggs | 2 cups milk |
2 cups flour | 1 tsp salt |
2 Tblsp oil |
Beat eggs uintil lemon colored and foamy. Add milk, flour, and salt; beat until smooth. Pour into large muffin tins (1/2 cup batter in each). Bake at 400 degrees for 40 minutes. Turn off oven. Prick twice with fork to allow steam to escape. Let stand in oven with door closed for 15 minutes. Remove at once and serve warm. Makes 12.
