2 Tblsp vinegar 1 egg
2 c milk or buttermilk 1 1/2 cups flour
2 Tblsp butter, melted 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1 Tblsp sugar

Mix vinegar in milk or buttermilk. Combine dry ingredients and set aside. Beat egg, milk, and butter together. Whisk dry ingredients into the wet until barely smooth. Set aside at room temperature for 30 minhutes. Cook. Makes 10 4-inch pancakes.
