Bread

4 cups flour 1/2 tsp baking soda
2 Tblsp baking powder 1 1/2 tsp salt
2 1/2 cups warm water 2 cups instant dry milk

Mix dry ingredients in large bowl. Add water. Mix and knead well. Let stand 15-30 minutes. Take small pieces and roll into ball. Pat flat or roll. Fry in hot grease. Serve with chili, tomatoes, lettuce, onion, cheese, and sour cream.
