1 1/4 c warm water
1 Tblsp sugar
1 tsp yeast

Put above ingredients in bowl and let proof for about 6 hours.


1 cup milk (make it with powd milk) 2 Tblsp oil or butter
2 cups whole wheat flour 2 1/2 tsp yeast
3 c bread flour 1/4 c dough enhancer
2 Tblsp sugar or honey 1/2 cup oatmeal
1 1/2 tsp salt 1/2 c cracked wheat
1/4 cup gluten

Add proofing mixture to above ingredients and mix well. Let rise in warm place for 1 hour. Knead down and form into two loaves. Place in greased pans and let rise about 30 minutes. Bake at 350 degrees for about 35 minutes.
