Glazed Raisin-Cinnamon Biscuits

1 1/2 cups Bisquick | 2 Tblsp sugar |
1/2 cup raisins | 1 tsp vanilla |
Mix all ingredients until dough forms. Turn onto cloth-covered board well dusted with baking mix. Gently roll to coat; shape into balls. Knead 10 times. Roll 1/2-inch thick. Cut with cutter dipped in baking mix. Bake on greased cookie sheet until golden brown for 8-10 minutes. Spread with vanilla glaze (2/3 c powdered sugar, 1 Tblsp warm water, and 1/4 tsp vanilla) while warm. Makes 10 biscuits.
