1 cup milk	1 cup flour
6 eggs	1/2 tsp salt

Put all ingredients in a bowl and beat. In 400-degree oven, heat 6 Tblsp butter in flat 9 x 13-inch cake pan. While sizzling, pour in batter and bake until brown. Cut up and serve with syrup. This is fun to watch. Apple pie filling is also good as a topping.
