2 lbs Velveeta cheese | Garlic and salt to taste |
2 cans cr of mushroom soup | 1 or 2 cans sliced mushrooms |
1 bag frozen broccoli |
Cut Velveeta in chunks. Drain mushrooms; cook broccoli. Melt cheese and soup. Add mushrooms and broccoli. Cook several hours in crockpot. This is a good dish to take to a potluck.
