2 sm cans refried beans 1 jar taco sauce
1 sm can ch green chilies 1 1/2 cups sour cream
1 env taco seasoning 3 cups shredded lettuce
2 ripe avocados 1 1/2 cups shredded cheese
2 Tblsp lemon juice Sliced black olives
5-6 green chili peppers Tortilla chips


Drain green chilies. Shred lettuce and cheddar cheese. Mix refried beans, green chilies, and taco seasoning mix. Spread on a 12-inch round serving platter (or cookie sheet). Blend avocados, lemon juice, and 1/2 cup taco sauce until smooth. Spread on top of bean mixture. Spoon sour cream on top of avocado mixture. Top with shredded lettuce, cheese, taco sauce, and olive slices. Serve with tortilla chips. Serves 10-12.
