3 cups rolled oats | 3/4 c shredded coconut |
1 c almonds, peeled | 1 cup honey, heated |
1 c cashews | 1 cup raisins |
1/2 cup sunflower seeds | 1 cup craisins |
Salt to taste |
Combine all ingredients and stir to coat. Pour into large baking sheet that has been sprayed with Pam. Bake in 250-degree oven for about 1 hour. Stir every 20 minutes. Cool and store.
