3 cups rolled oats 3/4 c shredded coconut
1 c almonds, peeled 1 cup honey, heated
1 c cashews 1 cup raisins
1/2 cup sunflower seeds 1 cup craisins
Salt to taste


Combine all ingredients and stir to coat. Pour into large baking sheet that has been sprayed with Pam. Bake in 250-degree oven for about 1 hour. Stir every 20 minutes. Cool and store.
