16-oz pkg frozen strawberries 3 granny smith apples
10-oz pkg frozen raspberries 5 Tblsp brown sugar
3 kiwis 5 Tblsp strawberry jam


Chop fruit very small. Combine all and chill for at least an hour. Serve with bunuelos (can buy at Mexican market), or make cinnamon tortilla chips as follows: Cut 6 10-inch flour tortillas into triangles. Fry in hot oil until golden brown, about 2-4 minutes. Drain. Mix 3 Tblsp sugar with 1 Tblsp cinnamon in plastic bag. Drop fried tortilla triangles into the bag and shake to coat. Serve warm with chilled fruit salsa.
