16-oz pkg frozen strawberries | 3 granny smith apples |
10-oz pkg frozen raspberries | 5 Tblsp brown sugar |
3 kiwis | 5 Tblsp strawberry jam |
Chop fruit very small. Combine all and chill for at least an hour. Serve with bunuelos (can buy at Mexican market), or make cinnamon tortilla chips as follows: Cut 6 10-inch flour tortillas into triangles. Fry in hot oil until golden brown, about 2-4 minutes. Drain. Mix 3 Tblsp sugar with 1 Tblsp cinnamon in plastic bag. Drop fried tortilla triangles into the bag and shake to coat. Serve warm with chilled fruit salsa.
