2 1/2 c chicken, cooked 1 1/4 c cheddar cheese, shredded
Pkg fajitas seasoning 1 c Jack cheese, shredded
1/3 cup water 1 lg tomato, chopped
8-oz. pkg tortilla chips Small can olives
1/4 c green onion, sliced Salsa


Shred chicken; drain and slice olives. In skillet, combine chicken, fajita seasoning, and water; blend well. Bring to boil; reduce heat and simmer 7 minutes. On large ovenproof platter, arrange chips. Top with chicken and cheeses. Place under broiler to melt cheese. Top with tomato, olives, green onion, and desired amount of salsa. Garnish with guacamole, sour cream, and sliced jalapenos. Note: 1 1/4 lb ground beef may be substituted for chicken.
