Place 7 eggs in single layer in large saucepan (I cook an extra egg so the whites will be filled at a higher level when I use just 6 eggs); add enough cold water to cover by 1 inch. Cover and quickly bring to boil. Remove from heat. Let stand for about 20 minutes. Place eggs in cold water and cool completely. Peel while cold and wet. Slice eggs in half lengthwise; remove yolks and set whites aside. In small bowl, mash yolks and add ingredients below. Spoon into egg whites. Garnish with paprika, slice of sweet pickle, or pimento.

1 tsp sugar |
